Artistic Director Janet Peck has been studying African dance for nearly 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Dance from Temple University and has studied with Les Ballets Africains in Guinea and Ballet Bougarabou in Senegal and has recently returned from her 5th trip to West Africa. Janet blends her 25 years of experience as a former public school art teacher, visual artist, dancer and performer to create a magical environment in which kids and adults alike connect with their hearts. From inner-city school kids to professional dancers, from special needs children and adults to women at spirituality conferences, from college ethno-musicology students to scout troops, Janet has been helping people be inspired to be the fullest individual they can be!!
